What do we value most in a club ? Coaching? Cost ? Location (distance) , recruitability ? Number of athletes on a team?

What do we value most in a club ? Coaching? Cost ? Location (distance) , recruitability ? Number of athletes on a team?
I think all of the above are important. There is a lot of time and energy invested into playing club and coaching/working for a club. With so many clubs competing for the same athletes, I always tell people there is home for you-not one club is the answer. It is important that the family is satisfied for what they are paying for-after all it is a business. Parents should want their kids to get great training and be recruited if that is the end goal.
Loyalty: This one is important to me as someone who works in the club world. As far as athlete loyalty goes-I have seen club coaches recruiting kids off my court as soon as a match is over to try and get them to come to their club. This part of the club world is ruthless. Some clubs retain athletes because they have been there a long time, while others do not hesitate to get rid of a kid simply because the next best thing walked through the door. Its a tough world out there lol
